When Christ called His apostles to, "Go and make disciples…", He was not commanding them to just make converts, but to follow up on those who had accepted Christ as their Savior and teach them how to grow in their faith. Discipleship is a process and CMA/EBTC strives to actively and personally train up men in women in the knowledge and application of God's Word.
The staff of EBTC has found opportunities abound to go beyond the formal classes that are offered and have had the occasion to work one-on-one or in small groups with teens, young adults, pastors, and laity. Still, "the harvest is plentiful but the workers are few." We are praying for more committed believers to come and assist in follow-up of EBTC graduates, work with couples, provide one-on-one mentoring and to serve as godly examples and trusted friends to all the peoples of the Caribbean.
